AutoCAD Expert Needed to Fix SmartDCR Layer Errors (PreDCR)

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD professional who has worked with SmartDCR / PreDCR (Punjab) to fix layer and compliance issues in my DWG file.

The drawing is a nursery school building plan, and although geometry is mostly correct, it is currently failing in SmartDCR with the following error:

Main Issue:

“Layers are not formatted as per SmartDCR standards”

Scope of Work:

Clean and prepare the DWG file for SmartDCR submission
Remove unnecessary elements:
Elevations
Sections
Furniture / extra blocks
Fix and apply correct SmartDCR layer naming, including:
_PLOT
_ROAD
_BLDBLD
_ROOM
_DOOR
_WINDOW
_TEXT
_DIM
Ensure:
Plot boundary is a closed polyline
No overlapping or duplicate lines
No objects outside plot boundary
Remove all blocks / nested elements (fully exploded drawing)
Run full cleanup:
AUDIT
PURGE
OVERKILL
Deliver a final DWG file that runs successfully in SmartDCR without any errors
