2D + 3D Artist & Modeller for Crypto game world

The project is developing the artwork for a casino style vegas game world. It will involve creating
Simple 3D Vegas style city design
Slot machine artwork theme & symbols
Internal Casino lobby design
2D & 3D Characters
It will probably be a kind of stylised shiny, neon, Vegas style theme but not fixed on this.
Slotomania and other social casinos are a good point of reference as a starting point but with a unique design aesthetic.
Ideally I'm looking for somebody to take control of the overall design aesthetic across the entire game world, to build the game out once the promotion is done.
This project is definitely for an artist rather than just a modeller, you must be confident designing and drawing things from scratch, not using stock images and models.
You should be confident working in 2D and 3D.
