3D Artist To Help Create A CCG

I'm creating a CCG in Unreal Engine for the game (One Piece - The Card Game). Looking for mostly low poly art style for my arena, inspired by Pokémon TCG Live (attached). I need everything in the arena created, the background like in the reference (inspired by One Piece) and I need the arena to fit the game's rules (attached).
