Archviz artist needed -3dsmax + vray or corona

This is a test project as we are currently looking for long term archviz project to work with us on project basis


Requirements:
- Experience creating realistic architectural visualizations
- Proficiency in 3dsmax and Vray or Corona
- Ability to create high-quality still images
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately replicate reference materials

Important Skills:
-Good English speaker
-Ability to communicate and share project progress frequently
-Assign deadlines for the Tasks at hand
-Ability to find exact furniture on 3dsky website and share with us the link so we can purchase it for you

Note:

Architecture walls are provided as cad file and need cleanup
only 1 view will do for the test
