Architecture on a slope: terrace, parking slot with canopy, stairs, underground parking slot

I am looking for a 3d drawing of a project for my house. See the attachment for some drafts. I can also provide some basic height measurements later.

What I need:
1 underground parking lot
1 parking lot with a canopy
1 stair (~3m)
1 path up without stairs
Space for waste bins
Space for bicycles
Space for stroller
(Space where later an elevator can be placed)

Constraint:
I don't want to reduce the size of the garden by the stairs. In the draft the stairs cut the garden. Instead I would like to have the path and stairs more to the left on the slope.

Note on terrain:
from the street there is a slope of ~3-4,5 m length and height towards the plateau, where the garden of the house starts. The street has a slope as well. It goes up from left to right. From the right side of the street to the plateau the height is about 3m. From the left side of the street to the plateau is about 4,5.

More details:
As the street has no sidewalk, I was thinking to put a retaining wall as a separation between parking lot and street. Of course there needs to be an opening on the side where the underground parking slot is located.
That would also allow to put the parking lot on a bit higher ground, maybe also as a basis for the path up without stairs.
The parking slot can also have a canopy, that could even be used as a terrace.
The space not used on the slope should be used for example for (fruit) bushes.
