Architecture 3d model

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a 3D model of a residential building. The model is intended to be highly detailed, incorporating both the exterior and basic interior aspects. I have a list of specific design elements that I would like incorporated into the model, however, I am open to additional suggestions to further enhance the overall look and feel. In addition to the required elements on my list. This 3D model must meet the highest standard of quality and should reflect a near perfect representation of the residential building. It should be made up of all the favourable materials like cardboard, pvc sheets etc
