Architecture house review, 3D (if is possible) and detailing

I'm thinking to build a house. I have the preliminary layout and elevation. The square-footage needs to be respected. And what I need is as follow:
- Small variations/ideas to get a better living (internal walls/spaces/tips);
- Ideas for windows and doors (sizes and types);
- Add preliminary furniture ideas and some decorations/materials/colors to see fits and ideas;
- 3D visualizations if possible;
- Any other suggestions an ideas;

I will like to have the source files after the work, specially if it is 3D model.
