Architectural visualization video - Project Hotel

For an architectural project, I am searching a freelancer of a company able to create a flythrough video of a couple of minutes of an hotel.

Currently I have some cad files and some rendering, it would be potentially necessary to create the 3D model, materials, lighting, animation and video.

There would be necessary the creation of the following environments:

Panoramic from above with hotel positioning with respect to the city center;
Exterior façade;
Entrance;
Reception;
Bar;
Courtyard;
Corridor;
1 Room,
Rooftop
