Architectural visualization

I want to remodel a kitchen and bathroom for a client, I'm looking for a highly skilled architectural visualization artist that is very good at modelling with 3ds max and corona renderer, you should also have a background with interior design and architecture. The visuals should be highly realistic. please give me an estimated cost based on that and let me know if you need any more information to provide a quote.
