Architectural 3d rendering

I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering artist who can create a visual representation of my residential project. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural rendering and be able to bring my 3ds to life

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in 3D rendering software such as
SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max
- Strong understanding of architecture and design principles
- Ability to accurately interpret existing plans and sketches
- Attention to detail to ensure the rendering accurately represents the concept
- Experience in residential architecture and design is a plus

Project Details:
- The project requires a 3D rendering of a residential building or space
- The client has existing plans and sketches of the project to be used as references
- The desired end result is a visual representation of the concept, showcasing the design and layout of the residential space
