Architectural Visualization with Textures

I'm in need of a skilled 3D artist who can create a detailed architectural visualization for a project I'm working on. I need two versions of the image. Each image will have different color scheme. This render will be used for visualizing the architecture, showcasing the design elements and aesthetics of the building.
