Architectural 3D Visualization for Personal Use

I'm looking for a professional with proven expertise in architectural 3D visualization. I need a visualization of a house, both the interior and exterior. It would be best to also make a short animation showing the final project. In addition to the visualization, I also need access to the files used to create this project, i.e. files from the archicad program, files of specific 3D models and files used for rendering. I would like to keep the cost as low as possible, so this project does not have to be very detailed and perfect. I will provide more details in a private message.
