Architectural Sketching/Hand Rendering

I am looking for an architectural sketch artist who can help me create sketches for my residential and commercial projects.

Attached is a first project which I'd like to get abstract/cartoony renderings done. I want to find someone who can sketch this project but also many future projects. Possibly all of our projects would include a coversheet with your sketch.

This project is a new condo and commercial development. I've attached the site plans and 3D views. The one 3D view I have sketched quickly which is the style I'd like for this project. Nothing too complicated. I want this to be quick and efficient with a cool final abstract look. I want to keep the buildings with no materials, and sketch the landscape and sky.

Requirements:
- Experience in residential architectural sketching
- Ability to incorporate specific design elements and styles based on my ideas, but very much open to the artists recommendation and style
- Willingness to provide 4-7 sketches for this first project, but I'm hoping to find someone to establish a long term relationship for many more projects.
- Able to sketch pen and paper but also with digital tools
- Also open to completely digital renderings with photoshop and other software

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in hand rendering and sketching techniques
- Strong understanding of residential architecture and design principles
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing sketches in different styles like cartoony, abstract, to more realistic renderings
- Attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of the project
