Architectural Rendering for Real Estate Sign

I am looking for an artistic style of architectural rendering for a new building that is being constructed. This drawing will go on a large real estate sign that will be posted outside of the house. The sign will be about 4'x5. The blueprint for the sketch is attached (see the bottom right sketch for the front of the house). The sketch can be simple (see attached example). The color of the house is up to the designer. We would like trees out front and maybe a person or two walking on the sidewalk.

Specifics:
- The size of the file should be able to be clearly printed at 3-4 feet.
- The file should be a PDF.
- We would like 1 3D view of the front of the house

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating artistic architectural renderings
- Ability to incorporate branding into the design
- Attention to detail in capturing the desired views and angles
