Architectural Render of Interior & Exterior of single resi home

I am seeking an experienced 3D Artist to create a detailed render of the interior and exterior of my single-family home. The home size is approximately 60sqm. I have specific design requirements for the render, including furniture, decorations, and other details. I am looking for a very realistic render with textures, reflections, and lights included. The design & file has been produced in Revit and the artist should be comfortable working with 3D file formats and render software, such as 3D Studio Max, VRAY, and Corona. This project requires accuracy and attention to detail, and so I am only considering applicants with proven experience. Thank you for your interest in this project.
