3D Architectural Pre-visual for Seafood Restaurant

We would like you to take an existing floor plan as well as some photographs of the space to render a pre-visualization of a new seafood restaurant space. We will be moving into an existing building and would like some impressive visuals of our plans for renovation and layout. Needs to be fairly accurate but will be used for pre-viz only. We will need high quality renders of the space filled with booths/ tables / bar/ fish market cooler / merch area/ tvs and decorations. Several revision passes will be needed as we receive feedback from stakeholders. We would be interested in doing the pre-viz inside Unreal engine so we could virtually walk around the space. This is not required however.
The main drive of this project will be to showcase a lively inviting atmosphere and vision for moving this project forward for all stakeholders involved. You will be dealing only with me as I am the art director.
