Architectural 3D Modeling & Visualization

I'm in need of a skilled 3D modeler to assist with a full property layout using provided blueprints. The purpose of this project is for architectural visualization.

Requirements:
- Develop a 3D model of the property
- Create normal and static models
- Utilize provided blueprints for accuracy

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender)
- Experience in architectural visualization
- Detail-oriented
