3D Architectural Modeling - Residential Reno

Hi Guys

I am the Architect, House Owner and this Project's Manager for this job. So I can answer any questions at all.

Please find attached the CAD drawings, PDFs of the Drawings and a few photos. I will send through the Materials & Colour Selection Document shortly.

The Project will require a full model of the Proposed Renovated House Design with special attention to:
* Exterior Architecture
* Interior Architecture
* Lighting
* Colour and Materials
* Furniture
* A few people in several locations
* Landscape

The final model should be able to be view in an open source software such as "Sketch Up".

I would like to specify the style of furniture used and some light fixtures, but only what can be found in open source libraries or your own library.

The final job does not have to be perfect, but it needs to be looking look.

I am very happy to provide feedback at very short notice.

I have a very good record working with Freelancers, and I am sure this job will be no different.
