Architectural 3D Modeling & Render for Marketing

I need a professional to create a detailed architectural 3D model and render images for real estate marketing purposes. The model should encompass both the exterior and interior of the structure with a high level of detail.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Expertise in rendering software (such as V-Ray, KeyShot, Blender, etc.)
- Previous experience in creating architectural models for real estate marketing
- Strong attention to detail to ensure both the exterior and interior are represented accurately and attractively.

We don't need to modelize the full building rooms.
What we need to focus on are these three spaces:

- Exterior entrance space (including a special wood floor)
- Cocktail interior space
- Main room with DJ set

All three spaces need to show a wedding ambiance, with wedding reception mood.

OUTPUT: We need different images of the three spaces I mentionned. From different perspectives. The only usage we'll do of these images will be for brochures and communication purposes
