3D Architectural Model for Real Estate
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am currently looking for a reliable consultant to collaborate with on a long-term basis for 3D modelling projects. If your costings are competitive, turnaround times are reasonable, and the quality of work meets our standards, I’d be keen to establish an ongoing working relationship.
I’ve attached a PDF of drawings for your review. Could you please provide an estimated timeframe and cost for completing the 3D model based on these drawings? This would just be for the completed 3D model of the building not architectural renderings please.
Specific Requirements:
The model must be provided in SketchUp and should have clean geometry, with materials clearly separated by groups/components (e.g., glass, window frames, brick, etc.).
The level of detail should focus on external appearance as the CGI views I am completing myself will all be of the outside. The interior can just be empty rooms.
If you could send through an example of a previous SketchUp model you’ve completed, demonstrating a similar level of detail, it would be much appreciated.
