1)Bidder should share his idea of developing elevation.
2)Developing a 3D Model.
3) Contemporary and modern Elevation
4) Use of new elements and modern features in the elevations.
5) High-Quality renderings.
Deliverables:
1) 3D model ( lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, Blender etc)
2) Five views of various eye views, Portico view, showing landscapes, approach road etc.
3) All editable files made in this project.
4) Delivery of drawings in A3 and A2 size printable format.
