Architectural Drafting for Permit Set

I need drafting services for a residential architectural project currently in the preliminary design stage. The goal is to create a “Submit for Permit” set of Architectural drawings.

The project consists of a 3 story, 3,000 sqft single family residence located in Corpus Christi Texas. All Structural drawings will be outsourced to a local Engineering firm local to the area. Specifically, I will need the following:
• Site Plan (PDF Survey provided)
• Floor Plans for each level
• Exterior Elevations
• Interior Elevations
• Building Section (4 total)
• RCP Plan (Shows placement of of all outlets, switches, fixtures, etc)
• Finish Plan
• Door Schedule
• Window Schedule
• Finish Schedule
• Standard Architectural Details (need to discuss)
• Foundation Plan (Architectural Only)
• Export of final REVIT File
Timeline is flexible but looking for fastest option without having to pay for expedited service
What will be provide to complete the project:
• Revit LT 2024 Model with Schematic design
• Survey of existing Lot
• Scan redline drawing showing preferred layout for electrical/RCP inputs
• Scan redline drawing calling out interior finishes
• Scan redline drawings calling out exterior finishes

Key Requirements:
- Drafting of floor plans, elevation drawings, and section drawings.
- Compilation of full architectural drawings for permit submission.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in residential architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in creating detailed floor plans, elevation, and section drawings.
- Familiarity with the requirements for architectural permit set documents
