Architectural Design in SketchUp & Layout

In this project, I need a proficient user of SketchUp & Layout to help me with the following tasks:
- 3D Modeling: Crafting detailed architectural elements accurately.
- Creating detailed floor plans, site plans, and elevations.
The purpose of this SketchUp and Layout work is primarily for architectural design, thus a good understanding and prior experience with architectural design projects are must-have qualifications for interested freelancers.
As for the level of detail required in the 3D modeling, I am not merely looking for basic geometric shapes but detailed architectural elements. This work involves crafting each element with precision to reflect the real architectural nuances. I am not at this stage requiring highly detailed work including textures and colors.
