Architectural CGI for Industrial Warehouse Apartments in Lumion
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to produce one professional CGI for industrial warehouse apartments in Lumion Software. It does not matter if you use any other software as long as the end product is similar to the example. The 3D image needs to have a sketchy effect and needs to be of the highest quality. An example of the minimum expected quality is attached with this posting. The CGI needs to create a good balance between natural and artificial lighting. The perspective needs to be a wide-angle to make the space look as big as possible. All furniture needs to be exactly as described.
A detailed brief and a PDF of the plans is attached here. I can also provide a 3D file and drawings in DWG format if necessary. The selected candidate will have to prove competency by sharing some examples of their previous works.
We are happy to pay 150 - 200 AUD per View. The price is negotiable if the quality of work is extraordinary.
I need 6-7 views in total. The selected candidate will be awarded the project for one view initially. If the quality of work is satisfactory, then we will move further with the rest of the views.
The deadline for the first view is 18/03/2022.
