Architectual modelling in 3ds

We are looking for freelance modellers and animators to create a 3d archiectural models from a set of drawings, this will be a regular monthly requirment, you must use 3ds and Vray and animating the construction will be the next stage. Modellers must do a short Case Study first to prove their portfolio in genunine and please no generic reponses, gaming or product in portfolios. Easterns Europeans especially Ukrainians welcome as most of our modelling team are Ukrainians
