Architects Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have an architectural practice - Neo Impressionists - that focuses on drawing architectural building plans and construction drawings for clients. We are looking for some support to carry on over, throughout this year.
This would ideally include both residential and commercial projects.
The ideal individual should be able to do the following:
1. Prepare architectural designs
2. Complete construction documents
3. Write up building plans
4. Assist in the presentation of materials
Moreover, they should be conversant with the various CAD softwares to prepare full architectural plans sets for projects that will be submitted to building departments for approvals and permits.
The successful candidate must be an expert in Architectural design, drafting and have an expert understanding of the International Building Code as well as the other building codes used in the industry.
This is a hybrid system - you will get to work both remotely and on-site, choosing design briefs that are best suited to you.
