Architect required for 3D Visualisation and Sunlight/Daylight Analysis for Planning Application

We are working on a project planning permission in Ireland. The project includes 28 x live/work units on the site with under croft parking and a small café on the ground floor. We need the following work to be done:

A. Sunlight and Daylight Analysis
• Detailed assessment of daylight to adjacent buildings identifying impact of the proposed development.
• Detailed assessment of all apartments within the proposed development.
• Shadow analysis to include existing and proposed diagrams at key times during day and the Equinox and Solstice.
• Provision of report with findings.

B. Visualisation
• Rendering and composition of 3 x verifiable photomontage views and 1 x CGI view of the outside space adjacent to the café.
• Photography and survey work for the 3 x photomontage views.

Please find below a copy of a site plan and sketch views of development for the purposes of providing your proposal.

Note we will provide a Revit model of the proposed building and CAD survey of the site. Please let us know what other information you need in order to complete the job.
