Architect for Coworking Space 3D Modeling & MEP

Commercial Architect / MEP Engineer Needed for 15,000 Sq Ft Premium Coworking Space - Project Overview:
I am seeking an experienced commercial architect or skilled CAD/MEP professional to finalize the technical routing and 3D modeling of a 15,000 sq ft premium coworking space located in Gurgaon Central. I already have the complete 2D CAD layout and a finalized aesthetic brief. I need a professional to execute the technical drawings and 3D renders based on my exact constraints.
Key Structural Constraints:
Scale: High-density layout designed for approximately 350 members.
Verticality: The space features a 16-foot ceiling with a raw exposed roof deck, but there are prominent structural beams running across at exactly the 14.5-foot mark.
Mezzanine: The design includes a partial mezzanine level accessed by a grand, tiered staircase with integrated seating. This structure must be optimized so it does not obstruct the main atrium passage leading to the cafeteria.
Scope of Work:
3D Modeling & Visualization: Convert the 2D CAD plan into a highly detailed 3D model.
Aesthetic Application: Apply our strict brand palette: charcoal grey industrial walls, raw polished concrete, natural warm oak wood, and bold burnt orange leather accents.
MEP & Technical Routing: Map out mathematically accurate and compliant electrical grids, plumbing lines (specifically for the 48-pax cafeteria and custom C-shaped juice bar), and HVAC ducting. The HVAC routing is critical and must fit efficiently under the 14.5 ft beams.
Acoustic Management: Integrate specific soundproofing provisions and acoustic ceiling panels, particularly to ensure the silent office cabins remain undisturbed by the central atrium and cafeteria noise. (Note: No major structural demolition of the central atrium is permitted).
Required Deliverables:
Photorealistic 3D renders of the main atrium, mezzanine, and cafeteria.
Finalized 2D CAD files with complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts.
