Architect/ Draftsperson to create conceptial designs
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced architect/ draftsperson to design floor plans and 3D renders for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing residential and commercial interior spaces and be able to create a comprehensive design from sketchs provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and efficient floor plans
- Develop 3D visualizations of architectural concepts
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Strong skills in creating 3D renders
- Experience in designing residential and commercial building and interior spaces
- Ability to communicate effectively with fluent english
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and precise drawings
- Ability to work within a set budget and timeline
Scope of Work:
- Create a complete designs with and without 3d renders
- Develop detailed drawings and plans for construction
- Ensure the design complies with building codes and regulations
The ability to work/ communicate duing Australian Working hours is essential.
The hours required will vary depending on the projects we have on at the time however I would consider a regular set range of hours per week for the right candidate to undertake work regularly and consistantly.
