Archicad Modeling & Documentation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I will send you my archicad template (.pln) together with the existing Development Application drawings pdf.
Milestone 1
Use my archicad template and build a clean, fully modelled BIM file: walls, slabs, roofs, openings, composites. When the model is complete, return the native Archicad file (.pln or .pla) for review and sign-off. This is based off the approved DA PDF drawings.
Milestone 2
Using that approved model, produce a full Construction Certificate documentation set that meets current NCC compliance and BASIX and structural coordination requirements. Plans, sections, elevations, schedules and details must be properly annotated so a certifier can review without requesting extra information. Deliver both the PDF set and the updated Archicad file.
Acceptance criteria
• Model built in my template with no stray layers, pens or attributes
• All plans/sections/elevations coordinated, clash-free and to scale
• NCC and BASIX checklists satisfied
• Annotations, tags and schedules complete and consistent throughout the set
Archicad 27 proficiency and proven experience with Australian NCC/BASIX documentation is essential.
