Archicad LOD-300 Point-Cloud BIM
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I have a registered point-cloud survey covering roughly 114 rooms and now need a clean BIM model built in Archicad at LOD 300. The deliverable should reflect accurate wall thicknesses and room heights throughout; other elements can follow standard LOD 300 detail.
Please start from the point-cloud, model every space, and keep the file well-organized by stories and layers so it remains editable for future disciplines. IFC export coordination is a plus, but the native Archicad file (.pln) is essential.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Complete geometry for all 114 rooms at LOD 300
• Verifiable wall thickness and room-height accuracy against the cloud
• Clean layer structure and naming consistent with Archicad best practice
I will provide the point-cloud and any reference drawings upon kickoff and am available for quick clarifications as you progress.
