Apartment redesign with AutoCAD or similar plus interior design (3D Modeling)

We are renovating our home in Munich, Germany. We want to change some rooms and walls and are looking for some 3D Models to help arranging the furniture.
My wife is Russian, so a Russian speaking AutoCAD designer with experience with interiour design would be best.
We have the existing plan with all measurements and an AutoCAD file (not with exact measurements)
We don't have experience.
