Apartment Renovation Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to help with the renovation plans for my apartment. The scope of the project is a partial renovation of specific rooms, with a focus on the bathroom(s).
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in interior design and renovation projects
- Knowledge of International Building Codes
- Ability to address the following:
1. Correct code and edition for a 4 family building in CT, USA
2. Heat loss calculation for electric heating
2. Ceiling Fire assemblies, show all piping/ventilation penetrations and routing through fire assemblies
3. Sound transmission rating within new fire assemblies
4. Floor plan of all areas to be renovated/repaired and each adjoining space above, below and side by side.
5. Must include basement, common and dwelling areas.
6. All materials and fastening shown on the plan and all assemblies are approved for this application.
Rough drawing is attached along with Structural drawing for floor repairs.
The ideal freelancer would be familiar with creating plans to get building permit approved in Connecticut, USA.
