Any 10 Exterior scenes (3ds max +vray)

Hello I am looking for any 10 exterior scene with beautiful villa, houses or hotels. Photorealisitc vray materials and scenes have to 3ds max, optimised for rendering. the whole scene has to be attached (not grouped) to 1 object and pivot point of the same has to be floor level of where the camera should be.
It should not have nay floor tiles, or floor object, as i need to add my own object. the pivot point position should 0,0,0
