Anime Style 3D Character Customization Website

I'm looking for an experienced web and 3D Modeler who can create a Tree.js based website for me. The site will feature anime-style base characters (male and female) that users can customize extensively.
Key Features:
- Base Characters: You'll need to create anime-style base characters (1 male, 1 female).
- Customization: The characters should be modifiable in terms of face, body and hair.
- Item Creation: Users should be able to create new bones for the rig and new textures or materials to bind to the characters. The user should be able to import existing OBJ, FBX and GLB items to bind to their avatar.
- Clothing: There should be base clothing items (a shirt and pants) which can also be customized.
- Technical Aspects: The models should be exportable to FBX with all bones, blendshapes and clothing options. The site should allow for reimporting as well as being able to import new clothing (fbx, obj, glb).
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficient in Tree.js and other relevant plugins.
- Strong background in 3D modeling and web development.
- Experience in creating interactive sites with extensive customization features.
- Knowledge of anime style modeling and design.
- Ability to ensure technical aspects like springy bones and blendshapes are correctly implemented.
