Animal 3D Character Modeler Needed

I'm looking for a 3D character modeler to create animal characters for a project of mine. I would prefer these characters to be used for realistic games, but I'm open to different styles depending on the artist's strengths.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience creating animal characters
- Previous work on game projects is a plus
- Ability to work based on reference images or descriptions provided
