Anatomically correct, hyper realistic 3D model for Adult content (easily changeable and can be used for motion capture)

I am looking to have an anatomically correct, hyper realistic 3D character made for adult content. At first, I will need the character which I can easily pose however I want and a scene to place them in. Over time, I will want to be able to easily change multiple things about the character (similar to character creation for players in video games and would include the ability to change, swap and remove body parts or clothes) and have that character able to be used with motion capture. These are stretch goals and will be updated gradually over time with multiple gigs.
For now, all I need is the hyper realistic model that can be easily posed and a scene for them to be in. Artist must be comfortable doing NSFW art.
Commercial use and full ownership is a must.
