33K-lb Aluminum Lift Design

Job ID: 40201865

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m ready to move forward with a heavy-duty hydraulic vertical lift capable of handling a fully loaded 33,000-lb vessel.

I don’t have are the detailed mechanical and hydraulic plans to maximize hydraulic efficiency, optimum pulley combination, self leveling system, auto stop for max up and down. that will let a fabricator start cutting metal. Your job is to turn my performance goals into a complete, build-ready package.

Key points you should hit
• Structural calculations confirming the aluminum sections, welds, and fasteners can safely hold 33,000 lb with a generous safety factor.

• Detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar) for every component, including cradle, lifting arms, cylinder mounts, pulley configuration, cable specs for saltwater and pile brackets.
• Hydraulic schematic sized for smooth, balanced lifting: cylinder selection, pump/motor specs, hose routing, flow controls, and recommended PSI.

• A concise bill of materials with alloy grades, profiles, and hardware counts so my supplier can quote immediately. Currently have a lift with cable system that will be replaced by the more robust and reliably hydraulics. will provide the specs of the current system I Beams etc.
• Assembly sequence and basic maintenance notes for the installer.

If you have previous marine lift experience, especially with aluminum designs above the 10-ton range, please reference it along with any sample drawings you’re free to share. I’m prepared to review a preliminary concept first; once it’s approved, we can move to final drawings and BOM.
