Advanced Interior Design Visualizer App Developer

When user enters the app, they will be shown some interior design images ( I have already built that)
After the user selects the interior design image here are the features that I will require.
1. Room Image Upload and Detection (Walls, Doors, Windows)
* Room Image Upload (JPEG, HEIC formats)
* Detection of Walls, Doors, Windows (Basic AI/Computer Vision Integration)
* In-app Camera Integration
* Photo Library Integration
2. 3D Model Creation from Uploaded Image
* 3D Model Generation (Based on Image and Room Scanning)
* Scaling and Dimension Accuracy (LIDAR or AI-driven scanning)
3. Design Integration (Furniture and Decor)
* Loading Furniture Models (FBX, OBJ, USDZ formats, this I will provide)
* Matching Wall and Floor Colors from Image
* Furniture Swapping and Interaction (Move, Rotate)
4. 3D Visualization and Rendering
* Rendering Setup (Near-Photorealistic with Textures)
* Creating 3-4 Renders per Model
5. Cloud Storage for Renders
* Cloud Integration (Image Upload, Storage)
