Addition to Existing 3ds Views of Building

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me add exterior 3D views to my existing building model. I already have 3D plans and modelling that I'd like the freelancer to use as a base, and build the views on top of that. This project is time-sensitive, and I need it to be completed by a certain date. If you have experience in 3D design and styling, please get in touch and I'd be happy to discuss further.
Attached is the existing view. Additional 3 floors have to be added and changes in entrance gate design need to be done.
