Adding hanging tubes on balls in Zbrush

I have a very boring, time consuming task I need to get done. I need to add a hanging wire / tube on to every single sphere in this zbrush file. There is hundreds, maybe thousands of spheres. Do not move any of the balls, do not adjust the angle of anything, I just need all of these thin tubes placed on top of the spheres in the correct position. And I need this within the next 12 hours.
