3D Acrylic Sign Printing

I'm looking for a talented professional to assist in printing and fabricating a 3D sign of my logo. The sign should be printed on acrylic (open to options) and finished in a frosted style, while keeping costs budget-friendly.

Here is a link to a video that inspired the idea. My logo will be attached below. I will handle all the electronics, but I need the empty shell based on this video. The sign should have a black outline with a frosted transparent face to allow light to shine through. All the blue parts should be transparent, and the black parts should be solid color. I want the sign to be approximately 1 meter long, depending on the cost.
