Accurate 3D Home Model from a Point Cloud

I am in need of a drafter to create a digital 3D model of a building or structure from a point cloud model.
-Drafter will be given the point cloud and must create a 3D model of the space with accuracy and precision
-Model must be created using Autodesk Revit
