ANSYS Multilayer Coil Tape Dynamic Simulation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a complete mechanical-finite-element simulation in ANSYS DYNAMICS for a three-layer superconducting tape that is wound along a mostly circular but non-standard 3-D coil path. The job focuses on reproducing the actual winding process with the layers integrated.
• Stress–strain distribution through the thickness and along the length
• Global and local deformation of the tape once wound
• Resultant surface tension on each layer and on the coil former
I will provide the coil base slot path and the nominal tape cross-section; you will build or refine the 3-D winding geometry inside ANSYS, assign suitable anisotropic or orthotropic material properties for the superconducting laminate, apply winding tension or displacement control, and run the analysis.
Deliverables I expect are the native ANSYS project files with the justification and logic behind Boundary conditions and force direction . Please let me know early if you need additional material data or if a preliminary mesh convergence check is advisable.
