ALLPLAN BIM Modeling

A set of buildings that have been scanned with LIDAR require modeling in Allplan software.
The data available is in point-cloud format.
I am looking for a freelancer with an Architectural & BIM background to model the first one, and, upon satisfaction, I will provide more.
