ACME BUILDING Hill City, SD Complete Warehouse Concept Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
For a new warehouse that will operate as both retail space and showroom, I need a full set of concept drawings that let me judge how everything fits on the lot and flows inside. The work has three main parts: a site plan showing parking, circulation roads, and landscaping; a detailed floorplan that blends storage, sales, and display zones; and persuasive interior-plus-exterior 3-D views so stakeholders can picture the finished building.
Please include:
• Scaled lot layout with parking counts, drive aisles, truck access, and planting areas
• Building floorplan with storage, retail/showroom, offices, loading docks, and service zones clearly labeled
• Exterior elevations and at least two perspective renders that communicate materials and massing
• A few interior renders highlighting product displays and customer circulation
I am happy with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable BIM/3-D software, so long as final files (PDF + native) and high-resolution images are provided. Accuracy on setbacks and basic code clearances will help me move smoothly into permitting after this concept phase.
