ABB RobotStudio Handling Simulation
Budget: $80 – $100 USD
I need an ABB RobotStudio specialist to build a complete manufacturing-process simulation focused on material handling. The goal is to see the full pick-and-place flow in a virtual workcell, verify reach and cycle time, and spot any clashes before we build the hardware.
You will receive the 3-D models of the parts, gripper, conveyors, and the ABB robot we plan to use. From there, I’m expecting you to:
• Create the workcell layout inside RobotStudio
• Teach the handling routines and fine-tune paths for smooth motion
• Generate a short video or screen-capture walkthrough that proves the cycle runs without collisions
• Hand over the RobotStudio station file so my in-house team can continue iterating
