University Campus Physical Model Creation

Objective:
We are seeking an experienced architectural model maker or studio to produce a medium-scale physical model of a university campus based on an existing architectural plan (AutoCAD / PDF drawings available).

The model will serve as a display prototype for presentations and investor visits, and should showcase the campus layout, main buildings, roads, and landscaping.

Scope of Work

Model Type: Physical, not digital.

Material: Foam board + laser-cut acrylic or resin elements.

Size: Medium display (approximately 1.5m x 1.5m or as recommended).

Features to Include:

Main academic buildings, halls, hostels, and administrative blocks.

Roads, walkways, parking areas.

Landscaping (trees, grass areas, water bodies, etc.).

Boundary walls or perimeter representation.

Finishing: Painted or color-coded based on architectural drawings.

Lighting (optional): Add subtle LED lighting for main structures or pathways.

Packaging & Delivery: Secure packaging for international shipping.

Deliverables

Photos and videos during model production for progress tracking.

Final high-quality physical model (ready for display).

Shipping to [insert your country/city].

Optional: a short video clip (30–60 seconds) showing the finished model from multiple angles.

What We Will Provide
