I have a set of residential plans and elevations that need to be translated into a clean, accurate scale model. You’ll be working with boxboard, sunboard or similar craft materials, so good hand-skills and a sharp eye for neat cuts are essential.

From the drawings I provide (all fully dimensioned), I need a three-dimensional study model that clearly shows the full layout plus the principal furniture and built-in fixtures—enough detail for spatial review, without going into tiny decorative items. Think walls, doors, windows, wardrobes, kitchen counters, beds, sofas and other key pieces rendered at scale. Minor level changes or ceiling drops should be indicated simply so the model reads correctly.

Deliverables
• One completed physical model of the entire residence at the agreed scale (1:50 is my default).
• Progress shots during construction and a full photo set once finished.

Craft precision, an understanding of architectural drawings, and timely communication will make this project run smoothly.
