PROJECT BRIEF

3D Rendering — Cigar Humidor Collection

Overview

This brief outlines the scope of 3D rendering work required for a line of six cigar humidor
models. You will receive OBJ files for each model along with material reference files and prototype images to guide the final output.

Models & Materials

Six OBJ files will be provided, covering two shapes across three material categories:

Metal (2 models)
1 trapezoidal humidor in metal
1 rectangular humidor in metal
Each rendered in 4 different metal patinas (palette to be provided) — 8 total variations

The lock hardware (this includes the key) is stainless steel as well as the bezel on the
hygrometer on this model. The pull to open is the same as the color/patina on the body of the humidor

Leather/Wood Combination (2 models)

1 trapezoidal humidor in leather/wood
1 rectangular humidor in leather/wood
Each rendered in 4 different leather colors with walnut trim consistent across all
variations (palette to be provided) — 8 total variations.

Wood (2 models)

1 trapezoidal humidor in wood veneer
1 rectangular humidor in wood veneer
Each rendered in 4 different wood veneer types (palette to be provided) — 8 total
variations

Consistent Interior Details
The following components are the same across all models. Reference files will be
provided for each:

Spanish cedar interior lining
Hygrometer — round fixture embedded in the underside of the lid
Boveda humidification cartridge — also located in the underside of the lid

Deliverables
Total: 24 individual humidor variations. For each:

2 still views- open and closed
3 detail/close-up views
Camera angles and lighting can remain consistent throughout the full package. For the backgrounds - light gray background with subtle shadows for added depth and realism, along with versions that have transparent backgrounds

Reference Materials to Be Provided

OBJ files for all 6 humidor models
Material palettes: 4 metal patinas, 4 leather colors + walnut, 4 wood types
Texture/material files for Spanish cedar, hygrometer, and Boveda cartridge
Photos and files from an existing prototype humidor for detail reference

Next Steps
As an initial step, please provide a sample render of one humidor so we can review
quality and alignment with our vision before proceeding with the full scope. We are new
to this digital rendering process and welcome any questions along the way. We
understand there may be a time difference and will do our best to provide timely
feedback.
